The role requires a dynamic and results‑driven leader with strong retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and branch profitability.

Oversee daily store operations.

Lead and develop the team.

Ensure excellent customer service.

Manage inventory and stock control.

Prepare reports and monitor performance.

Maintain branch standards and safety compliance.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.

Proven track record in sales and team leadership.

Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (advantage).
