Job Summary

To coordinate and supervise multiple operating media channels for HOPE MEDIA. The position reports to Head of Media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate to ensure that the operations of HOPE FM, HOPE TV station, Creative Design,
    and Recording Studios run uninterrupted.
  • Develop operations systems by determining product/program handling and storage
    requirements by the Communications Authority.
  • Develop, implement, enforce and evaluate operating policies and procedures and
    ensure compliance.
  • Develop processes for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management
    and shipping new, repair and return equipment.
  • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout and
    implement necessary changes.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing
    standards and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant legal regulations.
  • Create and maintain the good image of the Hope FM and Hope TV, good relationships
    with the community and churches.
  • Protect and maintain the CITAM brand, usage and emblems.
  • Implement special projects as may be authorized by CITAM leadership.
  • Develop and maintain a proper record keeping system for easy retrieval and sustenance
    of the institutional memory.
  • Prepare and send to Head of Media weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operating
    reports as required by various entities.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by your Supervisor.

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree and above in Mass Communications/Journalism/Media related Studies, Or
  • A Bachelors’ Degree and above in Management/Leadership and Diploma in Media
    related, Or
  • Bachelor Degree and above in Business Administration/Telecommunication related
    course.
  • Born again Christian, 27 – 45 years old.
    Experience as added advantage
  • 5 years’ experience in media house.
  • Broad knowledge in various media house platforms.
  • Understanding how to work with cross functional teams.
