CITAM ECD Teacher Jobs in Kenya

Job Summary

To plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program in an elementary
learning environment that guides and encourages learners to develop and fulfill their
academic potential. The position reports to the Principal CITAM Schools.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare classroom for class activities.

Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and instructional materials.

Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and tests that are in accordance with established procedures.

Instruct and monitor learners in the use of learning materials and equipment.

Use relevant technology to support instruction.

Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.

Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.

Provide appropriate feedback on work.

Prepare and Maintain accurate and complete records of learners ' progress and development.

Any other responsibility as assigned by your Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum ECD certificate.

Minimum two (2) years experience.

Registered by the TSC.

Competence based curriculum CBC training an added advantage.

PI Teacher Certificate an added advantage.

Born again Christian, 25 – 40 years old.
