CIC Group Research Clerk - (Market & Industry Intelligence) Jobs in Kenya; Provide operational and analytical support in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting customer information under the guidance of the Head of Research or assigned supervisor. The role assists with customer surveys, feedback analysis, customer journey reviews, dashboards, and research reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize customer data for analysis.

  • Assist with customer surveys and feedback reviews.

  • Support customer journey mapping and reporting.

  • Prepare dashboards and research presentations.

  • Contribute to market and industry intelligence projects.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
