    Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails on behalf of client; provide accurate and appropriate information to customers.

  • Demonstrates openness and flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual callers.

  • Provides customers timely and accurate information.

  • Recommend procedures and guidelines to improve productivity and the service level of the department.

  • Researches and resolves a wide variety of customer questions / issues.

  • Offers alternatives and options to satisfy customer concerns.

  • Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned.

  • Exhibit professional and positive behavior towards the project and co-workers.

    Requirements of this Post:

  • Degree holder.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft office applications.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective time management skills.

  • Sound trouble shooting and problem solving abilities.
