Responsibilities of this Post:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails on behalf of client; provide accurate and appropriate information to customers.
Demonstrates openness and flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual callers.
Provides customers timely and accurate information.
Recommend procedures and guidelines to improve productivity and the service level of the department.
Researches and resolves a wide variety of customer questions / issues.
Offers alternatives and options to satisfy customer concerns.
Perform clerical or administrative duties as assigned.
Exhibit professional and positive behavior towards the project and co-workers.
Requirements of this Post:
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Must be familiar with Microsoft office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management skills.
Sound trouble shooting and problem solving abilities.
