Christian Health Association of Kenya (CHAK) Business Development Intern Jobs in Kenya;Responsible for supporting the Business Development Department in implementing partnership initiatives, maintaining databases, and assisting in documentation and partner engagement activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to daily operations of the Business Development Department.

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

  • Manage communication, including responding to emails, calls, and visitors.

  • Support preparation of presentations and other documentation.

  • Coordinate departmental meetings, take minutes, and follow up on agreed actions.

  • Support partner due diligence and draft documentation.

  • Assist in tracking partnership activities and implementation matrices.

  • Develop partner success stories for communication purposes.

  • Contribute to organization and coordination of departmental events and activities.

  • Maintain and update business development files, tools, and partner databases.

    Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, International Relations, Development Studies, or Public Health.

  • Understanding of project management, partnerships, or program development.

    Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to synthesize data.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with BI or CRM tools is an advantage.

  • High level of initiative, integrity, and ability to work independently.

  • Commitment to CHAK’s mission and values in improving health outcomes through faith‑based approaches.
