Description
  • Use appropriate data collection methodology including online and telephone based research to meet the objectives of assigned market research projects.
  • Research and compile data related to current product market, customer demographics and interest, and factors influencing products/services demand; analyse results to identify ways of maximising sales and market penetration of current products/services.
  • Compile data related to competitor products/services.
  • Make recommendations related to research findings, structuring analysis and deliverables to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry’s best practices, strategies, and offerings.
  • Identify potential new products/services or markets through research.
  • Deliver reports and presentations of findings to senior management.
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic and use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.

    Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 5 - 8 years work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data, bridge data gaps and identify areas of risk and opportunity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong IT skills inc. MS office
    suite, and have knowledge of or be keen to learn data visualisation tools
  • Data-driven and research oriented
