CFAO Motors Kenya limited Sales Executive – Multibrand Jobs; Responsible for achieving set sales targets to ensure profitability of the Division.

Main Responsibilities

Managerial / Supervisory

  • N/A

    Operational Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospect for clients, generate sales, and gather market information.

  • Actively follow up on new leads and referrals from showroom, field activities, and promotions to build prospects and close sales.

  • Prepare quotations in line with CMK guidelines to close sales in a timely manner.

  • Create sales orders in the system to facilitate timely invoicing.

  • Prepare sales call programs for appointment bookings with prospective clients.

  • Maintain regular contact with clients to promote retention and generate referrals.

  • Update customers on sales order progress, resolve queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Advise clients on finance packages available through partner institutions (Loxea and banks), and assist with documentation.

  • Liaise with Finance to ensure payment terms are agreed and communicated, minimizing complaints.

  • Follow up on vehicle registration documents including logbooks to ensure timely delivery to customers.

  • Participate in promotional and customer training activities to market products and services.

  • Provide market intelligence to management and marketing team to support strategy development.

  • Submit accurate weekly deliveries and order
    intake data to track monthly sales targets.

  • Support unit ordering process to ensure optimal stock holding.

  • Liaise with pre‑owned vehicles section on evaluation and validation of trade‑in requests.

  • Assist customers in filing government tax documentation (e.g., iTax) for advance tax preparation.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive sales or sales to UHNWI clientele.
