Central Bank of Kenya Senior Manager - IT Infrastructure Jobs;We are seeking a Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure to lead enterprise network and data centre operations, oversee infrastructure transformation projects, enforce security and governance standards, and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Direct design, implementation and lifecycle management of enterprise networks.

  • Ensure redundancy and resilience for core banking systems.

  • Oversee Data Centre facility design, scalability and availability.

  • Manage environmental and power systems (generators, UPS, HVAC, fire suppression).

  • Enforce health, safety and access compliance.

  • Lead infrastructure transformations including WAN optimization and cloud integration.

  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to govern network security architecture.

  • Enforce disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support audit remediations.

  • Lead and mentor multi‑disciplinary teams.

  • Establish performance goals and manage OEM/vendor relationships.

  • Oversee contracts and SLAs to guarantee accountability.
