Central Bank of Kenya Head of AI and Automation Jobs;We are seeking a Head of AI and Automation to provide strategic leadership for CBK’s AI, ML and automation initiatives, oversee model governance, drive innovation and build partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI and Automation pillar including Data Science, MLOps and Intelligent Automation.

  • Establish AI governance frameworks and ethical AI principles.

  • Develop proofs‑of‑concept and manage full AI lifecycle.

  • Build partnerships with universities, research institutions and vendors.

  • Drive responsible experimentation and innovation.
