Central Bank of Kenya Analyst, IT Planning & Governance Jobs;We are seeking an Analyst – IT Planning & Governance to coordinate and manage vendor contracts, oversee vendor performance, and support budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of both CAPEX and OPEX for IT and business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the drafting, review, and administration of vendor contracts

  • Maintain a centralized contract repository ensuring timely renewals and milestone tracking

  • Ensure all engagements adhere to organizational policies and risk frameworks

  • Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs

  • Prepare periodic performance reports and facilitate review meetings

  • Manage vendor risk assessments and corrective action plans

  • Support preparation of annual IT budgets

  • Track actual spend against budget allocations and highlight variances with recommended corrections

  • Provide financial forecasts for cost optimization

  • Generate regular dashboards on contract status and budget utilization

  • Ensure adherence to internal procurement guidelines and external regulations

  • Support internal and external audit activities
