Mandatory Requirement

Experience in HPC categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, or Oral Care.
Candidates from Beverages, Edible Oils, or predominantly Food categories will not be considered.

Candidate Profile Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce, or related field.

  • Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing (added advantage).

    Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in Trade Marketing, Channel Development, or Field Sales within the HPC industry.

  • Proven experience managing distributors, trade activations, visibility programmes, merchandising, and market execution initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of route‑to‑market strategies, retail execution, and territory management.

  • Demonstrated success in driving sell‑out, market share growth, and execution excellence.

    Industry Background (Mandatory)

  • Experience in HPC categories such as Personal Care, Home Care, Hygiene, Beauty Care, Tissue, Detergents, Skin Care, Hair Care, or Oral Care.

    Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently and drive execution across assigned territories.

  • Strong stakeholder management and distributor relationship skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
