CDL Human Resource Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer Jobs in Kenya; This role requires driving growth of the company’s online presence, finding new customers, and boosting sales by working closely with the design, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run and grow the company’s social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) using a content calendar.

  • Partner with the graphic designer to create ads, posts, and marketing campaigns for product launches.

  • Reply to customer messages online and pass sales leads to the sales team.

  • Track and manage orders coming in from delivery apps and websites.

  • Check views, likes, and sales data each month to evaluate performance.

    Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.

  • Experience running social media and digital marketing campaigns.

  • Skilled at content creation, customer engagement, and using online ad tools.

  • Strong communication skills and teamwork.

  • Bonus: Experience with delivery apps or e‑commerce.

  • At least 2 years’ experience.
