CDL Human Resource Senior Sales Executive(Household/Kitchen Appliances) - Nairobi Jobs in Kenya


The Senior Sales Executive will; be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s range of kitchen appliances within the construction and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry, including contractors, developers, architects, and interior designers.

  • Promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to achieve set sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations.

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of three (3+) years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sectors is an added advantage.

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
