CDL Human Resource Sales & Social Media Executive – Clean Organic Skin Care Products Jobs in Kenya; Oversee sales performance, growth, and quality of clean organic skin care products. Manage product life cycles from development to market launch, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive sales through effective strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Market Management

  • Oversee end‑to‑end product management including planning, development, testing, launch, and post‑launch performance.

  • Collaborate with Biochemist, Product Development, and Marketing teams to ensure quality and brand consistency.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer feedback to guide decisions.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with KEBS, Pharmacy and Poisons Board, and other quality bodies.

    Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Support and motivate store teams to enhance product knowledge, upselling skills, and customer experience.

  • Maintain communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and management on product availability and improvements.

    Reporting & Insights
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to management.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products and campaigns.

    Requirements for Appointment

    Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
    in Business, Marketing, or related field.

    Experience
  • 2–3 years in product management, preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.

  • Proven track record in driving product or store sales performance.

    Skills & Competencies
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with beauty industry trends, organic formulations, and customer preferences.

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects.

    Preferred Attributes
  • Creative thinker with strong eye for branding and market positioning.

  • Experience with sales data analysis and performance tracking tools.

  • Passion for organic and sustainable beauty products.
