CDL Human Resource Sales Operations Manager - Banking/Insurance Jobs in Kenya;The Sales Operations Manager will lead the day‑to‑day performance of the sales function by providing strong leadership, coaching and accountability to drive team productivity, sharpen sales execution and consistently deliver targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of team sales targets through strong leadership and disciplined performance management.

  • Drive accountability and sharpen sales execution across the team.

  • Build a resilient, motivated and high‑performing sales culture.

  • Set clear goals, run regular performance reviews and develop team capability.

  • Establish daily operating rhythm including huddles, pipeline reviews and follow‑up discipline.

  • Track, analyse and report on sales performance, translating strategy into daily action.

  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team daily, setting energy and standards.

    Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, Economics or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales leadership role (Sales Manager, Regional / Area Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Agency Manager, Unit Manager or equivalent).

  • Experience in Banking or Insurance industry strongly encouraged.

  • Proven leadership and performance management skills.

  • Ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop high‑performing teams.

  • Demonstrated success in driving accountability and improving sales execution.
