CDL Human Resource Property Sales Executive Jobs in Kenya; Drive property sales in Mombasa by generating leads, conducting viewings, advising clients, and closing transactions. Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets while monitoring market trends and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Engagement

  • Generate and convert property sales leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct outreach.

  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers and investors.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless sales experiences.

  • Advise clients on properties, pricing, market conditions, and investment opportunities.

  • Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate transactions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Operations & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and property listings.

  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote properties and campaigns.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Mombasa.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Requirements for Appointment

    Education
  • Diploma or
    Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in property or real estate sales.

  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of the Mombasa property market.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Strong customer relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (advantageous).

  • Valid driving license and ability to travel within Mombasa and surrounding areas preferred.
