Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business Growth

  • Identify and pursue high‑value opportunities through networking, referrals and market intelligence.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Own the End‑to‑End Sales Process

  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations and site viewings.

  • Advise clients on property options, pricing and payment plans.

  • Negotiate effectively and close high‑value transactions.

    Build Lasting Client Relationships

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences throughout the sales journey.

  • Ensure timely execution of agreements and deposits.

  • Follow up on payment schedules while maintaining professional relationships.

    Maintain Sales Excellence

  • Keep accurate client records and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Provide timely sales reports and pipeline updates.

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Sales, Business or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ successful experience in direct sales or high‑value
    B2C/B2B environment.

  • Highly articulate with exceptional communication skills.

  • Professional, well‑groomed with strong executive presence.

  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
