Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of custom furniture solutions by understanding client needs and preparing design‑forward proposals.

  • Lead consultations with clients, offering expert guidance on furniture styles, finishes, and layouts.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.

  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.

  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to leadership.

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos, and client events.

    Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.

  • 2–3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury goods.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and design software (Canva, SketchUp, or similar).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.

  • Passion
    for design, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction.

  • Sales experience is a MUST; interior design background is an added advantage.
