Main Responsibilities:
Installation: Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve electrical problems with various systems, equipment, and wiring using testing devices and tools.
Repair and Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance of electrical systems to ensure their efficiency, safety, and longevity.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for oneself and others.
Upgrades and Modifications: Upgrade electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures to meet current energy efficiency standards and technological advancements.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their electrical needs, provide cost estimates, and explain work progress and outcomes.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, contractors, and construction professionals to complete projects on time and within budget.
Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and standards in all installations and repairs.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
