CDL Human Resource Direct Sales Agent Jobs in Kenya ; Generate sales as per targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices. Monitor client inventory and consignment stock for accurate daily balances. Manage daily cash float and account for sales. Support and implement customer experience improvement strategies. Provide technical support to customers, especially on configuration of data devices.


Principal Outputs

  • Revenue – achieve set targets in airtime, routers, and handsets.

  • Shop profitability (EBIDTA) – ensure adherence to Retail SOPs (stock, cash management, operational costs).

  • Quality acquisitions – FRA, ARPU.

  • Client brand NPS – drive customer centrality and growth in Retail Customer Satisfaction Index.

  • Ticketing customer escalations and offering first‑level resolution.

  • New business development – identify new leads and close them.

  • Document, track, manage, and grow individual customer database portfolio.


    Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 1 year of sales experience.

  • Experience with live customer engagement and retail sales.
