CDL Human Resource Direct Sales Agent Jobs in Kenya; To market and sell the bank’s financial products and services, including account opening, while ensuring exceptional customer service and consistently meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively market and sell the bank’s products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Drive account opening initiatives by onboarding new customers and ensuring compliance.

  • Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation.

  • Provide accurate information to customers on accounts, loans, and insurance packages.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and customer needs.

  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Self‑motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
