CDL Human Resource Assistant Sales Manager – Hindi/Gujarati Speaking Jobs in Kenya;We are seeking an ambitious and results‑driven Assistant Sales Manager (Hindi/Gujarati Speaking) to support the growth of our physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility and orthopedic product portfolio. The postholder will manage healthcare accounts, develop new business opportunities and drive sales growth across Nairobi and regional markets.

Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and grow assigned healthcare accounts.

  • Develop new business opportunities.

  • Achieve sales and gross‑profit targets.

    Sales Operations

  • Prepare quotations and follow opportunities to closure.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines and forecasts.

  • Support payment follow‑up on assigned accounts.

    Coordination & CRM

  • Coordinate customer orders with internal departments.

  • Maintain accurate information in Odoo or approved CRM.

    Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare or related field.

    Experience

  • 3–5 years proven B2B sales experience.

  • Strong track record in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, mobility and orthopedic products.

    Skills

  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, Swahili and English (read, write, speak).

  • Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills.

  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
