CDL Human Resource Activation Team Leader Jobs in Kenya



CDL Human Resource Activation Team Leader Jobs in Kenya; Responsible for managing the identification and recruitment of Agents, targeting mobile money outlets and high‑traffic retail stores, while ensuring effective training, compliance, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • SSO & Agent Recruitment & Mapping – Manage identification and recruitment of agents.

  • Call Rate – Visit SSOs & Agents regularly using agreed route plans.

  • Training & Delivery of Business Tools – Provide transaction tools and train SSOs and TKash Agents.

  • AML Training & Testing – Train agents on AML and SSOs on KYC processes.

  • Float & Stock Cover – Enforce 1.5x stock rule and ensure adequate SIM stock for registrations.

  • Merchandising – Maintain merchandising standards and materials at outlets.

    Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales and distribution in FMCG or Telcos.

  • Customer focus.

  • Influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Networking and partnership‑building skills.

  • Analytical thinking.
