CCECC-Ethiopia Construction Plc ‘s Background

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) was established in 1979 under the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.

As one of the pioneers performing international contracting and economic cooperation, CCECC has evolved from the earlier Foreign Aid Department of the Ministry of Railways of China into a large-scale state-owned enterprise with Chinese national Super Grade qualification for project contracting.

Ever since the 1960s when CCECC contracted the largest foreign aid project--Tanzania-Zambia Railway(TAZARA), CCECC’s business scope has expanded from international contracting for railway construction to project contracting, civil engineering design & consultancy, labor services cooperation, real estate development, and import & export trading as well.

The period of water supply project experience can be contained in the general civil work experience period.

Job Requirements

Qualification

M.Sc.n Electromechanical/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

B.Sc. in Electromechanical/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Minimum requirement for working experience （It must meet both required as below）

General civil work experience required: 8 years for B.Sc 6 Years fro M.Sc

Water supply project experience required: 6 years for B.Sc 4 Years fro M.Sc

General requirement

Have strong ability to cooperate with others for finalizing the project in hard area

Being good at solving the difficulties and pend issues in time with different people

Being fluent of English both in writing and speaking

Being professional on his/her own work.

Being corporating and respecting each other in the work.
