Catholic Relief Services Project Officer - Entomologist Jobs in Uganda;As a Project Officer – Entomologist within the UCSATP project team, you will lead the implementation, monitoring, and reporting on all beneficial insect‑related activities. You will support smallholder production systems—particularly Black Soldier Fly (BSF) and apiculture value chains—through training, demonstration, and provision of starter kits, equipment, and inputs.

You will strengthen farmer capacity in climate‑smart insect production and management practices, including site selection, colony management, hygienic handling, and production optimization, while promoting sustainable integration with crop and livestock systems. You will also support farmer group development, promote market linkages for insect‑based products, and contribute to improved household nutrition and incomes.
