Qualifications

  • Dealing with customer feedback and complaints regarding the functionality of their Dstv/Gotv devices.
  • Designing, reviewing and updating quality control policies.
  • Producing monthly reports entailing devices that passed/ failed the quality control test.
  • Finding and fixing faults at each stage of the production process.
  • Testing samples in the workshop.
    Making sure labelling is accurate
  • Inspecting materials for defects and using methods like non-destructive testing (NDT)
  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications
  • Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that they are met and exceeded.
  • Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality
  • Directing objectives to maximize profitability
  • Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
  • Monitoring performance

    Responsibilities

  • To supervise and coordinate production activities so as to ensure achievement of high quality and safe products at optimum cost in a safe environment.
  • To accurately and timely prepare production input and output reports and any other report required by the Production Manager.

    Qualifications

  • Diploma in Animal Production, Animal Health, Food Science, General Agriculture or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a busy manufacturing environment in a Supervisory level.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Knowledge in FSMS, Haccp, GMP and Kaizen.
  • Age: 30-40 years

    Responsibilities

    Business growth

  • Client onboarding for purposes of offering unique products and world class services that meet the client’s specific financial needs.
  • Robustly grow quality loan book and various incomes according to set targets.
  • Growth of product holding per client in order to maximize the Company’s share of client’s wallet.
  • Develop a healthy client base and business network which shall assure him or her of continuous business generation for both new and repeat business.
  • Constantly engage clients in order to enlighten them on new products and services being offered by the Company.
  • Identify opportunities and areas for growth within Nairobi County and its environs.

    Customer Relationship Management

  • Delight clients by efficiently offering services, responding to client queries and complaints within
    the Company’s stipulated SLA and TAT.
  • Offer appropriate financial solutions to clients’ business needs and challenges while taking care of the interests of the Company.

    Business Support

  • Prepare and submit client reports to management as may be required from time to time.
  • Sound understanding of the local market and sharing this information with colleagues.
  • Work with other team members to source for new business
  • Participate in organized customer forums for both feedback and training on the Company’s products and services.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, BCom, or a relevant field.
  • At least 3-year experience in business development in banking/microfinance sector
    CPA Part 2
  • Professional qualification in Marketing such as CIM desirable
  • Relevant training and qualification in lending process especially to SME/Retail by a reputable firm.

    Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in line with the Corporation’s Strategic Plan;
  • Oversee implementation of corporate business plan and strategies based on the Corporation’s business philosophy, mission, vision and core values;
  • Undertake prudent financial management and investment mandates by ensuring sound policies and practices are adopted for optimal utilization and returns;
  • Oversee optimal and effective operations of the Corporation’s water infrastructure;
  • Develop and engage effective leadership teams to ensure excellent performance and effective successionplanning at Corporation;
  • Develop and strengthen networks and partnerships with the government, development partners and private sector to spearhead fundraising for project implementation and sustainability; and
  • Foster a conducive corporate culture that promotes strong ethical practices, good governance, employeeproductivity and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements as stipulated in Mwongozo(code of conduct for state corporations).

    Qualifications

  • A citizen of Kenya with a Bachelors’ degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, business administration, Commerce or any other discipline relevant to water management from a university recognized in Kenya.
  • A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • Registration with relevant recognized professional registration body or association (if any) and be in good standing for the last 7 years will be an added advantage.
  • Have at least fifteen (15) years’ experience in a development oriented establishment preferably in the
    infrastructure or water sectors, at least five
  • of which must be in a senior management position.
  • Demonstrate the ability to mobilise resources through the various financing models.

  • Monitor debt and ensure timely collections

    Qualifications
