Purpose Statement

  • To contribute to the overall profit of Capitec Bank by optimizing Capitec Bank’s loan instalment pre delinquent collection strategy.

  • Responsible for accumulating applicable Employer information to implement applicable Risk limiting measures at loan granting.

    Experience

    Min:

  • At least 5 - 6 years’ proven experience in Employer and Pay date Management within a similar environment, including experience in:

  • Drafting business plans, presenting and finalising strategies

  • Business analysis: Design and implementation of processes and procedures

  • Process efficiencies: Draft of idea documents and business specifications

  • Project coordination

  • Proven experience in managing a team within a similar environment

    Qualifications (Minimum)

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Finance or Commerce

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational

    Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

  • Electronic Payments environment

  • Capitec Bank payment systems

  • Employer and Pay date Management basic principles

  • Capitec Bank loan granting process

  • Capitec Bank loan instalment creation process
