Job Description

  • BRUH ENTERTAINMENT is looking for dynamic professionals who are highly motivated to be involved in an ambitious and innovative project in Ethiopia.

  • BRUH ENTERTAINMENT PLC is the distributor of CANAL+ products in Ethiopia and will play a critical role in executing the CANAL+ project to bring a new pay-tv product of 80+ television channels to Ethiopian consumers.

  • The CANAL+ Group is a pay-tv broadcaster based in France with almost 20 million subscribers in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean. CANAL+ is operating in more than 25 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and has announced its offers in Ethiopia a top strategic priority.

  • The CANAL+ offering will include a vast library of international and Amharic content developed by and for Ethiopians. With your help, BRUH ENTERTAINMENT will bring this new product to Ethiopian households by building a sales network throughout the country.

  • Under the responsibility of the Area Sales Manager, the Showroom Manager is in charge of the turnover development of his showroom.


    Management of a team of 3 to 4 sales representatives and technicians

  • Daily briefing and weekly meetings
    Follow-up of individual performances/achievements
    and coaching

  • Follow-up of variable bonuses

  • Schedule/planning management

    Daily follow-up of the showroom KPIs

  • Daily analysis of the showroom performance/KPI and report to the ASM and Business Development Director

  • Suggest corresponding business actions and sales activations/events

    Convey and spread the company commercial strategy

  • Set-up and follow-up of sales activations to boost the showroom performances Ensure merchandising guidelines are applied

  • Ensure the sales speech standards are mastered and applied

    Operational management of the showroom

  • Ensure processes are understood and applied (finance, logistics... )

  • Stock and cash management control

  • Ensure the maintenance of the showroom device/equipment is done

    Job Requirements


  • Management experience of a B2C sales team

  • Excellent knowledge of B2C sales speech/technics

  • Computer skills

  • English is mandatory
