Range: Kes 20,000 – Kes 30,000

Our client, a leading multinational manufacturing and supplying IT Gadgets, is seeking to recruit a Call Centre Support.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver service and support to Hikvision clients via phone call, email, remote connection such as TeamViewer.

Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

Follow up the problem with clients to ensure it is resolved.

Collaborate with colleagues for training and self-improvement.

Able to do the operation training for clients

Qualification, Skill & Experience

Good knowledge of the basic security electronics systems, especially CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Intrusion alarm, Management software, etc.

High customer and service orientation.

Well-developed communication and analytical skills.

Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.

Degree in IT or other related technical field.

More than 2 years working experience in call center related job or equivalent.

Will be able to speak fluent English.

Bilingual French and English is a plus.

Have experience working with international company.
