CAFOD Programme Officer (Food Security and Governance) Jobs in Kenya

The Programme Officer Food Security and Governance will be working as part of the East Africa team base in Nairobi, Kenya.

The post holder will take lead on day to day management of CAFOD supported partner development and emergency work with special focus on Justice & Peace and Governance in line with the Regional strategy.

She /he will be responsible for managing and developing programmes, managing effective relationships with partners, monitoring programmes to ensure compliance and building the capacity of partners to ensure quality programming.

She /he will act as a broker and facilitator in issues related to food security and governance by providing analysis on sector issues to inform the formulation, analysis, planning, development and management of interventions that help increase the power and influence of women and men in the poorest communities in order to make positive changes on the decisions affecting their lives.
