Cads Ventures Ltd is a leading Debt Collection Agency in Uganda, offering services mainly to Commercial Banks, Government and Corporate institutions.

CADS is seeking to recruit competent personnel in the following position;

Team Leader, Collections & Recovery.

The Team Leader is responsible for developing, supporting and promoting an environment of a high level performing Debt Collection Unit.

A minimum of 3 years working experience at supervisory level in quantitative results oriented performance environment within the financial sector

Degree in a business related field. Credit Administration knowledge and experience is an added advantage Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis is essential and mandatory.
