Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) PLC, a Joint Venture Company between Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited, India and Almeta Impex PLC, Ethiopia, which have put up a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility for Tablets, Capsules & Liquids at Gelan, near Addis Ababa.

The aforementioned Plant is the first one of its kind in Ethiopia and the First Pharmaceutical Formulation Manufacturing Plant of Ethiopia recognized as per EU guide lines, to comply with the WHO led regulatory requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
