Bwasco Water & Sewerage Manager, Human Resource and Administration Jobs in Kenya



Entry Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development, Business Administration, or Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource.

  • Diploma in HRM, Labour Relations, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or any business‑related field.

  • CHRP(K).

  • Member of IHRM and in good standing.

  • 7 years relevant work experience with at least 3 years in management.

  • A practicing license or a Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Computer literate.

  • Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) or relevant qualification from a recognized institution lasting at least six weeks.

    OR

  • Served 5 years in the post of Senior Officer I, Human Resource and Administration.
