    The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong business network of contacts to be utilized to help grow our list of clients.

    You are a high-energy individual and have a positive attitude to seek and discover new business opportunities.

    You are the face of the company and develop and implement new and creative sales strategies to take the organization to the next level.

    Responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding and working with the organization’s clientele
  • Sourcing new business for the organization
  • Developing growth strategies for the organization
  • Arranging sales and business meetings with potential clients
  • Promoting organization’s services to businesses
    and potential clients
  • Researching current trends to identify new markets and needs

    Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma preferably from a Kenyan Institution.
  • Some experience selling HR Services.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Extremely personable
  • Independent worker with ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Stellar organizational skills with attention-to-detail
  • Solid computer competency on Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent negotiation skills
