Duties and Responsibilities

It will entail administrative duties including general office administration,

  • Assets management and inventory.

  • Planning office accommodation layout

  • Facilitating logistics for meetings, conferences and other special events

  • Facilitating movement of assets

  • Ensuring payment of bills

  • Collecting and collating data on development projects

  • Providing input in the monitoring and evaluation of projects in the county government

  • Facilitating general maintenance of buildings and furniture

  • Provide input in organizing public participation awareness at the local level

    Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this position, a candidate must have: -

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen

  • A diploma in the following discipline Public Administration, Business Administration /Management, Community Development any Social Science or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution; and

  • Proficiency in computer applications from a recognized Institution
