Job Description

Prepares and signs legal notice Form to be served on Defaulters

Prepares statement of claim and defense

Represent the bank in loan litigation's in hearing and investing before courts of law in its defense of suit against third parties

Prepares statement of appeal and opens the file at the appellate court if a decision can be appealed

Institutes’ action for a bill of costs and execution

Job Requirements

Qualification

LLB Degree

Experience

3 Years of relevant Experience.
