Duties and Responsibilities

  • In charge of stores;

  • Receiving stores items;

  • Confirming requisitions approvals;

  • Recording and updating the stores/stocks cards;

  • Verifying and reporting that the available stock levels warrant initiating a procurement process;

  • Conducting periodic and annual stocktaking;

  • Ensuring safe custody of stores; and

  • Communicating to user departments on available stores items.

    Requirement for Appointment

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management or its equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution; and

  • Proficiency in computer applications.
