Bungoma County Health Records & Information Management Assistant Jobs in Kenya



Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving and registering patients at hospital reception;

  • Booking appointment for patients to specialty and consultants clinics;

  • Storing and retrieving medical records and documents;

  • Preparing clinics;

  • Updating bed bureaus;

  • Capturing data from service points; maintaining record safety and confidentiality; and

  • Directing patients to relevant clinics.

    Requirements for Appointment

    For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen;

  • Have Certificate in Health Records and Information Technology from a recognized institution;

  • Have a Registration Certificate Issued by Association of Medical Records Officers of Kenya
    (AMROK); and

  • Have Certificate in Computer Application Skills from a recognized institution.
