Sheer Logic Management Consultants is seeking to engage a dynamic individual for a Building Project Asset Officer position for one of our clients.

Contract Duration:

  • 1 year

    Responsibilities

  • Assist in taking site measurements and preparation of BQ for renovation and repair works
  • Supervision of on-going renovation works to ensure quality of works
  • should be able to provide simple working drawings for the works
  • Receiving and scoping branch requests: should be able to take branch requests in terms of maintenance and lies with projects office in scoping the same and the tender process to be followed until the project is concluded.
  • Tagging of new assets before issued to the user
  • ensure the assets are issued to the user by signing the assets custody form
  • Ensure the assets movement forms are sign and properly filled and the registers update and shared with finance
  • Ensure that banks assets are in good working condition at all time.
  • Share the list of absolute assets with the disposal committee for disposal purposes
  • Verification of branch assets twice a year and update the register accordingly.
  • Reconciliation of Assets with the finance register

    Qualifications

  • Degree in building and or facility related studies
  • 2 – 3 years relevant experience
