Brookshine Schools Admin Assistant Jobs in Kenya; To provide administrative and secretarial support to school management, oversee front office operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination of school activities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to school management.

  • Manage front office operations and deliver exceptional customer service to parents, learners, staff, and visitors.

  • Maintain accurate student and administrative records.

  • Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and official correspondence.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.

  • Support admissions, communication, and general office administration.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by school management.

    Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven administrative experience in a busy school environment.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management systems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism and integrity.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
