British High Commission Dispatch Rider Vacancies Jobs in Accra Ghana

Main purpose of job:

To provide reliable and courteous dispatch service.

Roles and responsibilities:

Collecting and distributing Newspapers to the required teams

Delivering and collecting documents as required by Protocol

Delivering letters from BHC to other organisations, and picking up letters from other organisation to BHC

Submitting and collecting visas to and from other Embassies, High Commissions or Visa Application Centres.

Submitting and collecting Permits to and from Ghana Immigration Service (GIS)

Submitting and collecting officials document to and from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA)

Submitting and collecting verification documents to organisations as required by various teams.

Delivering cheques to other organisations, and paying in cheques at banks

Making postal deliveries and collections

Maintaining official motor bikes and keeping them in good condition

Covering for drivers on official assignments, when necessary.

Any other related jobs assigned by Line Manager

Essential qualifications, skills and experience

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

A valid driving licence class B

Minimum 3 years experience of driving a motor bike
