Job Title:
  • Compliance Officer

    Key Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
  • Continually keep listings data and information upto date
  • Manage the client relationship with the company
  • Support in delivering timely reports to our clients
  • Support in keeping accurate files for all properties
  • Ensure all client’s files are upto date
  • Support and spearhead the compliance process
  • Regularly check on marketing activities for all properties on the books
  • Support the Credit control in discovery of unpaid amounts
  • Provide End of day reports to management
  • Provide weekly reports to management
  • Provide End of Month Report to management
  • Continuous analysis of the contracts
  • Continuously provide honest client feedback
  • Identify problem areas
  • Propose customer service delivery improve opportunities
  • Promote the Brand and its image
  • High degree of customer relations skills
  • Continuously verify listings against contracts
  • Surface internal relationships that may be leveraged
  • Continuously engage and meet with landlords to resolve any matters arising
  • Advice on compliance the properties
  • Follow up on the sold units
  • Any other assignments and responsibilities as may be required by the Management

    Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Law/Business Management, Degree in Marketing or relevant work experience preferably in Marketing/ office management role
  • Customer service background
  • Work with little supervision
  • Self-starter
  • Strong planning and organization skills;
  • Good Enthusiastic, results oriented with excellent presentation skills;
  • Excellent team player.
