Bristol Park Hospital Laboratory Technologist Jobs in Kenya


Responsibilities

  • Undertake disease control activities such as disease search, vaccination, and enforcement of livestock movement regulations.

  • Participate in training of stakeholders in vector control programmes.

  • Treat sick animals and advise on good veterinary practices.

  • Collect data and prepare reports on animal health, products, and markets.

  • Provide advice on animal breeding and welfare.

  • Undertake postmortem examinations and other diagnostic tests.

    Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences from a recognized institution.

  • Registration and valid practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).

  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.

  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory information systems is an added advantage.
