Brand Ambassadors / Merchandisers Jobs in Kenya

Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, the Brand ambassadors / merchandisers shall present,promote and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities of the Role

Establish and Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.

Analyze market potential,track sales and status report.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Supply management with reports on customer needs,problems,interests,competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Special Demands

Premised on the industry, the bearer of this position may be called to work over the weekends and at odd hours.

Person’s Specifications

Proven work experience as a sales representative.

Ability to build reproductive business professional relationships.

Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

Prioritizing time management and organization skills.

Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Certificate in business or related field.
