Job Description/Responsibilities:
Major Responsibilities
Primary Deliverables
Supervises Branch Managers in their day to day work.
Develop multi-year budgets in liaison with all heads of departments
Provide regional analytical data to the head of credit relative to financial activities based on strategic and operational plans.
Prepare annual work plans, reviewed semi-annually, with the Head of credit.
Plan and ensure adequate number of staff to fulfil strategic and operational objectives of the regional office.
To develop regional annual operating plan / Budget in liaison with the branch managers.
Develop and implement the regional growth strategic plan in line with the affiliate’s overall strategic plan.
Promote BMUL Affiliate activities giving an image of efficiency and effectiveness.
Hold branch managers accountable for their supervisory teams’ budgets or expenditure.
Other Responsibilities Operations
Monitor the regional performance, expand and increase the clientele base and business volume of the regional office
Prepare weekly and monthly Divisional reports
Investigate and promote Customer needs and potential improvement in product quality.
Facilitate audit, monitoring, HR or any other relevant and required support sessions at the Division level
Cross-sell other BRAC services to clients
Conduct surveys if the Division is growing
Maintain good relationship with local authorities.
Maintain all the necessary files and registers in the office. Field Visits
Conduct monthly Regional staff meetings and communicate management decisions to the region.
Conduct monthly portfolio management meetings with branch managers, reviewing portfolio quality and growth strategies.
Attend regular branch management meetings to provide managers with a summary of regional office activities, plans and issues.
Make periodic branch monitoring visits to visually assess the
branch operations.
Reporting
Provide required reports and analysis to Management as per the most recent update of reporting requirements.
Human Resource
Handle employee grievances under his /her supervision
Decide on appraisals and promotions of BM’S staff reporting to him/her
Schedule work and leave of direct reports Finance, Accounts and Administration
Ensure proper management of regional assets.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree

Additional Job Requirements:
Division Manager should have strong managerial and interpersonal skills coupled with crisis management and decision-making skills in order to handle field operations.
Should be computer literate
