Book Publishing Business Development Manager - Head of Marketing and Sales Jobs in Kenya

One of the leading educational book publishing firms, operating in the East African market, wishes to fill the following senior position; Business Development Manager (Head of Marketing and Sales)

The job holder will lead a team of business development/marketing and sales staff in driving the company marketing plan by identifying and/or creating and satisfying consumer needs for the company's different brands of books.

Job holders' Profile

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree (minimum Upper 2nd) or Master’s degree in Education, Commerce, Communications or related disciplines.

• At least 5-years’ experience in marketing and sales with an impressive track record of meeting or surpassing set targets.

• Demonstrate passion and working experience of digital media communication and e-commerce transactions.

• Highly effective team player, persuasive communicator, excellent report writer, dynamic and versatile go-getter.
