Description

We are looking for an experience Supermarket Manager to provide strategic leadership and ensure key deliverables are achieved in our business.

Responsibilities

To drive sales revenue through effective marketing strategies.

Build a strong network to ensure the traffic flow of customers to the supermarket.

Ensure the supermarket meets maximum standard requirements in terms of the display of items to encourage customer purchases.

Ensure adherence to standard hygiene and safety guidelines in the various sections of the supermarket.

Drive all employees to provide exceptional customer service aimed at sustaining the business.

Maintain inventories and ensure constant availability of stocks to avoid stock out e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

HND / BSc in Social Science or related field.

Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a similar capacity.

Business acumen and ability to forecast sales trends.

Attention to detail and sociable personality.

Ability to work with less supervision and multitask.

Ability to plan and exciting strategic sales processes.

Ability to make a well-informed presentation on the activities of the business.

Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft office.
