Job Description

Bole Advertising Enterprise is one of the leading advertising companies in Ethiopia. Some of the activities it performs Bill Board and light box preparation. Car branding, Sticker and Banner Printing, Promotional item preparation and paper printing.

Duties and responsibility

Designing and arranging various costs reporting format in collaboration with finance and marketing staffs.

Preparation of weekly purchase schedule based on past month trend

Updating each job order material cost data based on the specification presented by the work shop supervisor, fulfilling the remaining machine hour, labour hour and over head charges from the cost database daily.

Updating machine hour, labour hour and overhead per hour charged in the cost database

Cooperating with marketing staff for the process of valuation of work on each job order.

Maintain excel data and machine hour, labour hour, overhead per hour and material cost data on job order bases chronologically

Preparation of cost of goods manufactured report to finance head monthly.

Assisting and guiding the stock accountant in handling his day to day activities.

Reporting any problematic or challenging issues to Finance head to find solutions in common.

Participating in general accounting practices like, preparation of internal reports posting on peach tree.

Closely discussing with senior accountant for day today activities and resolving of challenging issues.

Job Requirements

Qualification

BA in Accounting and Fiance

Peach tree accounting and basic computer skill is mandatory

Experience

2 years and above as cost Accountant

And having experience in manufacturing
Areas or in advertising companies.
