Bodmando Consulting Group Quantitative Data Analyst Jobs in Nigeria; Bodmando’s Evaluation Unit seeks a competent and detail‑oriented Quantitative Data Analyst to strengthen its research and evaluation team.

The successful candidate will support quantitative research design, data management, statistical analysis, interpretation and presentation of findings across multiple consultancy assignments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support design of quantitative research methodologies, sampling approaches and survey instruments.

  • Develop and program data collection tools using KoboToolbox, ODK, SurveyCTO or similar.

  • Develop sampling frameworks and calculate sample sizes.

  • Monitor incoming survey data and conduct quality checks.

  • Clean, code, validate, merge and manage datasets.

  • Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS, Stata, R or Python.

  • Produce frequencies, cross‑tabulations, means, proportions and confidence intervals.

  • Undertake disaggregated analysis by sex, age, location and other variables.

  • Support advanced analysis including regression and statistical testing.

  • Interpret findings and translate outputs into clear evaluation reports.

  • Develop tables, graphs, charts and data visualisations.

  • Support triangulation of quantitative findings with qualitative and secondary data.

  • Contribute to baseline, endline, evaluation and assessment reports.

  • Maintain organised datasets, syntax files, codebooks and
    outputs.

  • Support quality assurance of field data.

  • Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, M&E, Public Health or related field.

  • Postgraduate qualification an added advantage.

  • 2–3 years’ experience in quantitative data management and statistical analysis.

  • Competence in SPSS, Stata, R or Python.

  • Experience with KoboToolbox, ODK or SurveyCTO.

  • Demonstrated experience analysing survey or evaluation datasets.

  • Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, sampling and analysis.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Ability to develop clear tables, graphs and dashboards.

  • Ability to interpret statistical results in simple language.

  • High standards of confidentiality, ethics and responsible data management.

  • Strong written and spoken English.
